For this project, we were given an old floor plan of a closed concept home that we need to turn open concept as well as be universally design. A married couple have purchased an older home in their community. They do not have children living at home anymore, though they do often have their grandchildren over. They are looking to restore the space to be a home that they can age in place by remodeling to meet universal design features. It is your job to create this space for them.
