About Adrienne
Hello! My name is Adrienne Fritz and I am an upcoming December of 2025 graduate at Olivet Nazarene University’s Interior and Architectural Design Program. Prior to Olivet, I attended Illinois State University for 2 years.
While attending Olivet, I have participated in the student chapter of ASID where I have had the privilege to attend ASID events in Chicago such as Neocon and Imprint.
I have known I wanted to be an interior designer for a long time. Since I was about 12 years old, I would look at spaces and imagine what could be done to make them more comfortable and beautiful. This fact was solidified for me when I saw how my younger brother and parents were impacted when my brother was diagnosed with brain cancer, and how he spent his time inside beige walls. I always tried to come up with ideas to make his PICU room more comfortable for him with familiar items and the use of color.
Personal mission statement
As an Interior and Architectural Designer my mission is to create spaces that are functional and exceptionally designed that promote engagement and positivity for the end user. My goal is to provide individuals and communities with well-designed spaces that are indicative of various lifestyles and cultures, quality of life, and the wellbeing of people.
Travel
Throughout my life, I have had the privilege to travel throughout the United States and internationally. These experiences have had a lot of impact on myself by opening my eyes to different cultures and ways of life, and heavily influenced my decision to go into the Interior and Architectural Design field.
